louellas 3rd day diary

    Diet:
    slimming world
    Breakfast; onken fat free yoghurt (strawberry) 1 can of baked beans, 57g wholemeal bread.(HEb) 1 litre of water

    artichoke tea ,green tea

    Dinner; plain cous cous seasoned with black pepper and chilli flakes, Can of branston soya beans in a med sauce (which was yuk)

    Snack orange

    Tea;Quorn sos x 4
    cabbage, broccoli,green beans 3 new potatoes and carrots, boullion for the gravy.
    Snack apple ;10 almonds (heb) 350ml skimmed milk (hea)
    Syn tesco nutty nougat bar 40g 10 syns

    :)SW rice pudding syn free version yet to be had if I fancy it??????

    Snack; Orange & Grapefruit segs

    Dinner; SW bubble and squeak

    Snack; zero yoghurt


    Tea; Mushy pea curry,
    Brown rice
    home made wedges

    Snack; grapes SW rice pud for later
    syns; ice gems 5 syns

    Breakfast; 1oz Porridge

    Snack; Banana

    Dinner; cous cous with mushy pea curry

    Tea; Soya burgers (Home made) with onions & chilli, Syn free c hips, and Baked beans 57g wholemeal bread

    Syn ; slice of wholemeal bread (5 syns)

    Little bit of SW rice pud

    Grapes. Greedy day today!

    Breakfast; 1oz porridge

    350ml skimmed milk for the day

    Snack; banana

    Dinner;Tin of spagetti ,57g Wholemeal bread

    Snack; 1 soya burger that was left from tea yesterday
    orange and grapefruit segs

    Tea; Stuffed marrow jacket potato, garden peas stuffed marrow consisted of mushrooms onion,chilli flakes,celery, soya mince,tin of tomatoes, pepper & salt (5 tesco light cheese triangles)

    Snack; minniola orange,apple and nectrine . Onken bio yoghurt for later

    Breakfast; 42g all bran, banana, Zero yoghurt

    Dinner; Mug shot.(spicy)Banana

    Tea; Wholemeal spagetti,
    (Passatta,onions garlic,mushrooms,peppers courgette,) for the bolognaise sauce.
    Soya meatballs with chilli,onion and garlic. Mini Jacket spud.

    Snack; greengages x 4, apple, 10 almonds HEB

    Syns; going to have a bag of sugarfree popcorn in a bit 5.5 syns
