Step 1 Sole Source Lousy loss

    Only 1lb and 1.5" off this week.

    I have totm and it's once every 6 months for me as I have the coil but I'm still mega peed off :(

    Current loss: 16lbs and 10.5 inches

    A couple of weeks back I lost 4lbs....then 1lb last week.....now 5lbs this week. It's so bizzare how our bodies work!

    Honestly its water retention. You'll have a 3lb+ loss next week if you stick with it. Its so disheartening though.

    Oh I'm still 100% determined!! I'd be quite happy with 5lbs off next week not going to lie lol I know this diet works, it cannot fail, so just have to keep going and hope it's a blip that sorts itself out naturally next week :)

    Happens to me every month Lizz. Then the following week it's like half my body weight has disappeared; I feel
    lighter and lose so many more lbs and inches. It's sort of annoying but stick through and you'll have the return for your two weeks work next time! Totm week never has good results for me.

    Lizz - I am in your boat this week. Only lost 1lb and am gutted. Have lost 3.5 inches though, so something's working. Please tell me you have had a massive loss this week as I am proper down in the dumps :( xxx

    Don't get weighed until tomorrow I'm afraid!
    I only lost 1.5" last week as well so I was miserable. But....rather inches than the pounds! I'd not care about being 25 stone if I was a size 10! Lol

    Haha I'll fly the flag for the 1lb-ers!! Lol

    I'm not even sure I'm that fussed by the result. I'd like a good loss, but I'm doing SS 100% and Pilates every day, it's going to work eventually even if it's slowly. I feel quite contented at the moment with the eating/exercise thing

    That's a start and of course you do, but it will drop. There is no gain with Cambridge...it's usually water or totm etc....but never a gain in fat
