Hi there, you lucky people on re feed!!! I am on day 4 of second time round LT!!!
The last time I did re feed my favorate meal was this (only to be had after the first week of re feed)
You may already be eating this and its on your dairys/menu's but I cant risk looking at what you are all eating yet or else I may eat!!!! anyway hope you try and enjoy this meal!!!
6 x new potatoes
1 x salmon fillet
fat free natural yogurt
chives
asparagus and brocolli
boil potatoes and place in the center of your place (the same lengh and width of the salmon) gently crush the poatoes with a fork (not mashed)
Place the cooked salmon (I bake mine in the oven wrapped in foil) on top of the potatoes (the juices from the salmon soak into the potatoes)
put salt, pepper and choped chives into fat free natural yogurt and mix and serve this with freshly steamed or boiled aspargas and brocolli.
add salt and pepper to taste and enjoy!!!
