Low Carb and Cheating!

Very informative..can kind of apply to cheating/going off plan in many diets..especially the bit about forgive yourself the human slip up, dust yourself off & get back on plan again ;)

Hello! I'm starting next week and trying to get really prepared!!

I have spent all evening making a huge batch of Chicken, Ham, Mushroom and Leafy Greens soup to do for lunchs and evening meals...

This is what the kcals, carbs, fibre etc is coming out at per serving after totting it all up of MFP. Does this all look ok?? I'm trying to DIY Atkins :)

Fat: 2.3
Sat fat: 0.6
Sodium: 284
Carbs: 4.7
Fibre: 2.3
Sugars: 2.9
Protein: 16.5
