low carb jelly

SF Jelly and Pork scratchings are my saviour during this diet for when i have sweet and savoury cravings! i've been eating them and *touch wood* still losing weight. i tend to have a bag of pork scratchings or pork crunch (morrisons own brand, both have zero carbs) with my packed lunch at work and then some SF jelly as a dessert in the evenings xox
 
Hi saunders, maybe you're retaining water? I don't think it's possible to put on 1lb of fat per day. Try weighing weekly, rather than daily, that way you'll have a more accurate representation of your real weight, weight fluctuates daily!
