Hi.. I've been on a low GI diet for 2 mths now.
I'm on it not to lose wt, but to reduce insulin spikes which I've read are pretty nasty on the body.
The thing is, I lurve my beer and red wine but I've found that my body's not able to handle them like it used to.. in fact, I've been getting nauseas from just drinking two glasses of beer
Has anyone else experienced the same? Any ideas what's happening here?
