Low syns / HEx B Raspberry coulis Extra Easy

Hi guys,

I'm doing slimming world from home and was thinking of making some raspberry coulis.

I've read that cooked raspberries can be used as your HEx B and just wondered what everyone thought about the following


Cooked the raspberries slowly in a sauce pan with sweetener and dash of lemon juice until soft then passing it through a sieve.

Can I count this as a HExB?

I would say not. Anything cooked then puréed etc is synned because it's not left as a whole fruit
