Lozzies attempt to shrink the butt...AGAIN :)

The chips were nice but the mushy peas were average and the beans were pants lol.......I don't really like beans but I thought I'd up the speed foods today. hehehe x

Feeling very bloated and disheartened today but I'm sticking with it regardless.


Extra easy day:

Food so far:


HEa - Milk

HEb -

Lunch: Apple, tuna (2 syns mayo), ham, yoghurt (1 syn).


Dinner: SW shepherds pie (4 syns), cabbage, carrots.


Snacks: apple, strawberries. yoghurt (2 syns), SF jelly (0.5 syn)

Breakfast: 2 apples


Lunch: Ham, 2 apples, Linda McCartney sausages (1.5syns),


Dinner: Sirloin steak, broccoli, mange tout, mushrooms and rocket salad. (1 syn for chilli sauce in dressing)

Snacks: Yoghurt (2syns) Sugar free jelly (0.5syns)

Morning all! So, I'm. Working away this weekend and will be fed today and tomorrow by the chefs at the place I'm performing/staying. I'm at their mercy to a certain extent but I'm going to try my hardest to stay within my syns.


I'm armed with fruit for the long train journey :)

Food Today:

HEA - Milk

HEB - weetabix, sf jelly (0.5 syn)

Lunch: 4 veggie sausages (2syns) apples.

Snacks: grapes, apples

I have been AWFUL! !!! Completely off plan........been in Spain for the past couple of weeks and been fed really naughty food. Have put on all the weight I lost and more.......Gutted! !!!

oh that's a shame :( sorry didn't reply sooner I seem to have deleted my subscribed threads! Ive been up & down & had week off plan but now back on it,have started a diary in calorie counting section for the next 4 weeks as I think im still eating too much on slimming world.Hope you are ok x
