WI tomorrow and am very slightly nervous!
 
So I lost 2lbs which is great and then a mate took me out to YO!Sushi again but we went a bit overboard :( :( :(

so yesterday was a write off, back on the wagon again now :sigh:
 
Well done Lozzie! I love Sushi too, didn't know it could rack up the points though!! I'm sure it won't matter if you have a good week xx
 
I was doing fine until the tempura tofu and battered prawns/pumpkin cakes/fried chicken XD

I did 15mins exercise bike and 20mins wii fit and then a 15min walk to burn it off

I had 2 mini make your own pizza's for dinner and a couple of squares of chocolate and biccies the same night so I'm hoping I've not pushed myself too over for next week. :)

And then my birthday weekend happened, and then Monday was my actual birthday.

I think I fell off the wagon so hard I've given myself a broken arm & a concussion :S

Right now I'm running to catch it up and today I'm planning on planting myself back on it!
 
According to wii fit I've gained 7lbs I am really distraught :( It's been my birthday week and I've been a bit naughty but really not that bad :( :( really upset now. I could have been a lot worse with my choices over this week. :sigh: and I missed out on stuff due to my diet. So very very annoyed.

Got home after work, and after a good lunch and lost 2lbs but I was feeling heavier, I may well have to tell my wii fit to naff off and weigh in at boots :S

hey was jus wondering if u are doing pp. and if u are how do u work out ur rice as 3points. i had 125g of boiled rice which i worked out as 5pp. and anything less than that seems like not worth eating xxx
 
No problem :) I get 80g of uncooked rice for 3 discover points, so cooked I reckon it would be 125g's but somethings are less pp than discover & some are more! good luck on your journey :)
