Hi!

I'm returning after a year off due to on/off illness, only to find I've gained 1st 4lbs.. :( :( :( But with the Wedding in approximately a year and a bit (the other half has a very bad tummy condition so he's got to get better 1st!) I need to kick my weight in the BUTT. We've also started a band so I've got to get healthy to keep up when gigging!

I've decided to put my food diary up so that it should hopefully help me stay on track!

Ok so I started Sat but I've not got those on my phone but I saved 2 points :) here's Sunday 23rd Jan's!

Breakfast

Porridge (Dorset cranberry & raspberry with skimmed milk) - 3

Green tea & Honey - 0.5

Toffees - 1.5 ( around 3pm :) )

Saved 4 this week (I'm at a party on Sat night so I'm saving up :D)

We woke up at 11:30ish :0 so breakfast was more like lunch and we had an earlier dinner so I didn't skip a meal on purpose!

I'm not going to meetings as I have other commitments which require me to be flexible (My Full Time Job, Youth Work and *cough* Dungeons & Dragons *cough* XD) but I'm weighing myself once a week on my Wii Fit as well as doing some light exercise as I'm not allowed to go full out yet due to my illnesses. I've managed to do 30 mins Wii Fit (11mins cardio) and 10mins on the exercise bike so far.

So yeah!!! GO TEAM WEIGHT LOSS! :) :)
 
So the mother in law to be came round after going to a food store full of American goodies! Needless to say she came back with evil food! However 1 large bar of Hershey's (99g) is 13 points total but has 16 squares, so I estimated 1point per square...so I could enjoy but didn't go overboard :)

My Fiancée had a crap day so he wanted a take away pizza! So I ordered one but at least one I could point! I but left half of it so I could be within my limit :) am rather worried I've used all my self control for the week. :S

Points! My STUPID PHONE deleted last few days stuff so I'm not sure about Fri or Sat but I think I ruined this week already as I went to a house party last night & drank more then I saved :S
