OK, so don't know if I'm doing this correctly but thought I'd try and start posting my food diary on here in an attempt to stay on the straight and narrow.

I've already lost a lot of weight with Slimming World but am finding it very hard now to get the last couple of stones off. Need a serious kick up the butt!!!! All advice and minimins butt kicking appreciated!!!! hehehehe.

Here we go:

Monday 19th March G

HEa Milk throughout the day for my tea addiction lol.

B. Large pear, nectarine, 5 slices ham HEb

L. home made syn free pea soup, pear,

muller greek cherry yog. 0.5 syns

not sure about dinner yet, can never make up my mind what to eat.........too much choice on this diet!!!! :)

snacks - half a small melon

D. Left over pea soup syn free

Snacks. low fat greek yoghurt 3 syns

Total syns 3.5

May have some more fruit and yoghurt later if I'm peckish, maybe even a sneaky mugshot (although I really need to start cutting out the carbs)

Food for today so far:

Red Day at the moment.....;)
HEa - same as usual milk for me tea throughout the day :)

B. Bowl of honeydew melon.

L. Chicken drumstick, slice ham, tin of pilchards in tomato sauce, 2 pears, orange, 1 mini kiev 2 syns.

D. Syn free chicken and cauliflower curry - YUMMY!!!! :eat:

Snacks: pickled red cabbage,

will update later when I've no doubt eaten something else :rolleyes:

ok, snacks for later will be a muller greek coconut 0.5 syns and some fruit if still peckish.

Ok, so today has been a very fruity food day -was called to London last minute for work so only had time to grab fruit and yoghurts for meals. Probably eaten too many bananas.......

21st March 2012 RED DAY

HEa milk for tea

B. 3 eggs & ww petit pain (HEb) lurpak lightest (2syns) Ketchup (1syn)

Orange


L. 3 mini apples, 2 small bananas, fat free yoghurt, sml pkt ham.


D. 3 mini apples, 2 small bananas, fat free yoghurt


Snacks:
Aldi Cereal bar (HEb)
Shape zero (0.5syns)

Total syns 3
 
Feeling like poo today :( Very weak....really want to eat lots of chocolate and junk but I'm going to stay on track. I have however decided to switch to a green day and make pea soup for dinner in an attempt to satisfy my carb cravings.

March 22nd Green

HEa Milk for tea thoughout day

B. 2 oranges,

L. HEb WW b danish x3, lurpak lightest (2 syns), 3 poached eggs. 1 pear.


D. Syn free pea soup

Snacks: Muller greek yog (0.5 syns), nectarine, plum

2 Mugshots (1 syn)

Ham (3syns)

May not bother with the pea soup now as the mugshots filled me earlier. Have a half syn roulade cooling though so may have some of that with a cuppa hehehe

Yesterday was a right off............was good all day then blew in on a night out with alcohol followed by a naughty chinese. Feel yucky today and very guilty grrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!!!!!
 
Back on the diet wagon!!!!

:rolleyes::rolleyes:Saturday and Sunday was a total food disaster! VERY SYNfull!!!! :mad: Was feeling very ashamed of myself yesterday but I got back on the diet wagon - repented my food syns by walking 7.5 miles up VERY steep hills/mountain. :D


Yesterday's food was as follows:



Monday 26th March


Red Day

Milk throughout day (HEa)

Brunch. Bacon, scrambled eggs, tinned chopped tomatoes, eggy bread (HEb) 0.5 tesco meat free burger (0.5 syn)



Dinner. Melon, Parma Ham (fat removed)
(1 syn) :D YUM!!!! My fave meal!!!!



Snacks. Apple, Pear, pickled red cabbage, ham, muller greek cherry
(0.5 Syn)




Exersize: 7. 5 miles hill walking





 
Food for today - meant to do EE today but have actually done a green day without realising it :confused:



Tuesday 27th March. Green


HEa - Milk throughout the day.



B. 2 pears.


L. 2 mugshots (0.5 syn) Chicken (HEb) 1 plum


D. Homemade pea soup, Low Fat Greek yoghurt
(2.5 syns) Rasberries


Snacks: Apple, orange, half a tin of Asda SP Chilli
(1 syn), beetroot, Ham (HEb) Couple of sips of low cal ot choc (1 syn).
