LPV's Road to Target!

Totally rubbish today as I didn't get sorted until 11. Managed half hour zumba tho so that's good. Had half melon, 2 satsumas and a hifi bar for my brunch!
Teas already in the slow cooker. Superfree stew mmmmmm

Cos she's a cutie like that lol. Can't say no to her. She is currently curled up on my stomach lol x

Tonights tea has well n truely filled me up yum yum. I had 2 bowls of stew. Didn't have to cut it up as small tonight either!

Awww how cute is your doggy we really want a dog but my hubby is allergic :-( although we have heard anything crossed with a poodle are supposed to reduce it, so maybe one day.
She's adorable wait till Kate see her (that's my youngest) she puppy mad :) x

She's a monkey. If my other half gets up before I do I always wake up with her cuddled up to me. She's a total cuddle hound! Buuuut I love her to bits.
Just taken dogs for a 2 mile walk. So full after that stew. Don't think I needed the second bowl full!
 
Haven't been on for a couple of days. Been mega busy and now turns out i'm going away for this week camping!

gunna try food optimise at much as I properly can :)
 
Opps ant been on here in a while. Guess I have had a few 'naughty' days. Totally back on it tho.,yesterday oh and kids had a pizza for tea and I just had soup :)
Wednesday
Breakfast: 2satsuma (didn't get up till 11!)
Dinner: chicken pasta and sauce with added broccoli
Tea: making fish pie nomnom
Also done 30 mins of zumba x
 
Thursday
Breakfast: 2 alpen bars
Dinner: made a tomato soup with passata, peppers, chillies, onions and celery. Yum yum
Tea: Superfree stew yumyum
