That's fantastic wexy! I never use kilos either except at the doctors which isn't that often. I think the last time was last year before I got my tonsils out so they retook all my details. Can't remember what my weight was but I know it was lighter than I am now. Not too bothered though, I know I will get there again!

Been sorting out my kitchen cupboards this weekend to not much cooking.
Last night as I was on my own I just had stir fried veg with a bit of chili and soy sauce. Was lovely though.
Going to mums for dinner tonight and she is doing a roast with SW friendly roast potatoes.
Just been to tesco and stocked up again. They had quorn mince on offer at 3 for £5 so got some more.
Got lots of veg to make soup which I'll do tomorrow after work.

This weeks been going good so far :) trying to drink more water and eat more speed foods this week, didn't yesterday but did thursday and friday. That reminds me I've hardly drank anything today. I don't usually drink much unless I make an effort to, otherwise I forget.

I've been making soup too, currently waiting on my butternut squash and pepper soup to finish. Made it the other day and it did 3 days lunches. This time I've added some lazy chilli in to maybe give it a lift!
 
Glad your having a good week. Today I feel like a saint! Went to mums for dinner. She had pancakes for desert as she knows my son lover them. I RESISTED! I went without anything as I was quiet full and didn't want to spoil a good week. Only problem now is she gave us some for tom to have tomorrow so I will have to ignore them calling.

I am about to have an options hot chocolate. They are on special offer in tesco so I got a few favours. Think I will have the coconut one and then I can trick myself in to thinking its a bounty lol.
 
Well today I fell off the wagon (so to speak) BIG time.
My mum had said yesterday that she felt ill and today was in hospital with a her cancer having grown again. She finished radiotherapy in November and we thought that was it. Now she has a new growth and may need chemotherapy. Mum has one of the most aggressive tumors and needs to be sent back to UCH in London. She was due to go on holiday Wednesday and Im gutted for her about the new growth and not being able to get on with her life.
So after going to the hospital I had a burger and chips and have just had 3 curly wurlys. Stupid me as i don't feel any better!
Hopefully mum will have a good night and get her referral sorted out really quick. Can't really think about diet at the moment :-(
 
Mum still in hospital very worried about her. Hopefully she will get some pain relief that will help until her referral to the specialist unit.
I think I have the best boss ever. I was allowed to leave early today so I came home and prepared dinner ready to put in the oven after visiting the hospital. Hopefully that will stop the take away.
Visiting time soon. So off I go.
 
Thanks ally. Mum is still in hospital but feeling bit better.
Will be a long road to recovery and may include another operation and lots of treatment.
As for weigh in I lost 1lb this week but not feeling good or bad about it.
 
:( great about your loss but I understand how you feel.

My granny was ill in hospital last year and went downhill very quick so for the last week or so I didn't care what was going in my mouth. We were going nearly straight from work to the hospital which was over an hour away so it was all toast before going and take aways on the way home.

I'm glad shes feeling a bit better and hope your keeping ok too.
 
Thanks for the comment ally. Not been around or up to posting the last few days. Mum is home now but not good news.
Have lost 3lb this week though.
Hopefully I will be more settled in a few weeks but most evenings we are visiting mum who luckily lives 15 min walk away.
 
Was bad yesterday and think for dinner and drinks I had a weeks worth of syns also had carrot cake at work today. With things the way they are Im surprised I've been ok so far. Going to try to get back on track.
Promised mum I would make her some bns soup so a good incentive to get cooking this weekend.
 
I've been good for most of this week so hoping for a loss tomorrow.
OH thinks I will have lost some as he claims my curves are more pronounced. Also I managed to get in to a pair of jeans that were just a bit too tight last time I tried.
I have been trying variety of lunches including left overs and soup plus different breakfast so hoping that will help. Just need to restart the food diary.
 
Am away for the weekend and after all the rubbish we have had over recent weeks I am going to eat and drink what I want. Back on plan Monday
 
I had a great weekend thanks ally.
I think having time off from SW sometimes is good or I just crave the things I shouldn't have.
This week I sts which I am pleased with as I expected worse.
I am out Friday with the girls from work so saving as many syns as possible for then.
 
Well I have been 100% on plan all week. Got a night out tonight so hoping the syns I've not used will keep me from putting on this week.
Will just have to be really good the rest of the week until weigh in.
 
Had a cooking day yesterday. Made carrot and leek & potato soups for lunches next week, lasagna, kheema curry, chili and chicken, spinach and potato curry.
Had the chicken curry last night and it was lovely. Got a portion for tomorrow evening as well.
Am trying to be 100% after my night out on Friday and a few drinks last night.
