weigh in day today- lost 4LBS :D
4 weeks in so very happy with that- thats makes 1 stone 10 lbs in 4 weeks woop! x

Well done 4lb is fab! Next week you'll be in the 14s how exciting! X

kinda wish id lost an extra pound :rolleyes:

It's better to wait until this week though you will be properly in the 14s not just 1lb in hehe. You might even get your 2stone this week!

I am pleased to be in the 12s, just realised your start weight is the exact same as my start weight when I went to SW - I remember getting to the 14s it was a fab feeling. Only 5 days to go now yay!

hey it does feel great knowing i'll be in the 14's this week!! really hoping for that 4lb loss to make it 2 stone :D

day 32 i believe. still in shock ive made it this far. delivery turned up a couple of days ago for this months supply- i havent been very adventurous, i ordered 18 choc shakes, 18 chicken soups, 21 mac and cheese, 18 lemon bars!! then bits and bobs. i found i was always looking forward to these ones so i figured why not get a whole lot and really enjoy every meal- may get a bit boring after a few weeks tho :rolleyes:

i squeezed into a pair of 16's yesterday- woop woop! i could walk around in them and bend, but my preggo belly fat was still hanging over lol (sorry to sound gross) but i think another 7- 10 lbs and i'll be able to wear them out yay!

Ooo well done on getting into your 16's!! Your tummy will be shrinking all the time on S&S I bet you're wearing them out in no time :)
 
Your doing great hunny, its taken me ages to get flat tummy after pregnancy. Massaging with tonnes of firming oil and butters to help the skin

You are doing amazing :)

My tastes Change every month...I've gone off meals now and only really like shakes. Pms time nothin beats cauliflower n.mac cheese. I always have porridge at work break time

hey thanks beth :) must admit to having a few glasses of wine last night tho lol
so glad you're back, just write off the last few days and start afresh, its such a small hiccup when you look at how far you've come so far
and of course ill be here to help you stay on track :) thats why i love this site it really helps keep you going everyones so supportive xx

thanks rebeckah i cant imagin ever having a flat tummy lol did you do any specfic exercises to get a flat stomach?
as i lose weight its going, i can now suck it in, before when i sucked in it did nothing lol. i'd hate to get to goal and still be flabby! definately need to exercise more i think x
 
right day 34

so i'd been planning on having a treat at some point. i really think im the kind of person that needs a treat to look forward to in order to stop me pigging out.
last night me and bf were planning on going cinema and i was going to have something then, but we ended up staying in. so i had some plain chicken tikka and half a nan bread, then just over half a bottle of wine.
i only had the nan because i was told that drinking whilst in ketosis was not good, so the carbs was so i could have the wine. i had a shake and a meal pack during the day, so my main treat was the wine- and it was good! i wasn't even bothered about food. i was rather out of it after a few glasses lol usually i can have a couple of bottles without too much effect

anyways it was really nice to have a drink, i hope it doesnt make too much of an impact on my weigh in, but i wont be expecting anything great- ill make it next week hopefully
im not going to feel bad about it either - it was a treat, the first thing in 4 and a half weeks ive had off plan and it felt really good that i could enjoy it, not be bothered about yummy foods, and get straight back to it

sorry to ramble, hope everyone has a good day x

Planned break is fine, jump back on! I had a drink a few weeks ago ended up so drunk LOL gonna try to stay sober next weekend am going to a leaving do!!

Far as tummy, I do planks and I powerlift I find that compound moves work my abs better than. Squats, deadlifts etc!

thanks guys :)

now that im really in diet mode and its not difficult, i need to start exercising more!! ive just brought the biggest loser workout on the kinect, i had a go at a friends and it really got me sweating, and the workout flew by! aim to do that at least 3 time a week, then me and a friend are going swimming once a week (shes the one with the car tho so if she cant go then i cant) and try to go out with the pram every day x

Like it! Swimmings great I love it, really must make the time to go! There's a pool at spa on Thursday tho so maybe that will reignite my swimming bug! love the exercise focus tho! I'm seriously lacking with that ATM, feel quite tired and lacking in energy ATM but from what I remember swimming really invigorates u. Makes me bit hungry after tho! May need a pack at the ready for the changing rooms, lol

Used to love it (and go) heaps more than now.... Hopefully that will come back with time

Hey Lucy, great idea to start to include a bit of exercise - I've heard the BL workout is really good and swimming is great for toning all over!

i took the wrapper off the biggest loser case, however thats as far as i got today :p i'll be doing it in the morning

going swimming friday, i know what you mean willpowerwoman, i get really hungry after swimming. when i went last week we went at 7.30, so when i got home at 9 i was starving. i usually dont have my first pack till midday as im busy clearing up and sorting out baby in the morning, but i think i'll be taking a shake for afterwards :)

weigh in day tomorrow- i had my wine treat on sunday so im not expecting anything great- i'll be thrilled with 2lbs (and thrilled to be in the 14's)
