hello everyone
i am starting atkins (again) tomorrow - i have about 60lbs to lose
Tomorrows diary is:
Brekkie: black Farmers - pork sausages, bacon and egg
Lunch: chicken legs, mayo, lettuce, cucumber, tomato, celery, spinach
dinner: brocoli and cualiflower with chicken thighs and some boursin cheese - the one with sundried tomato
water -2-3 litres
