Hi a little about me, I'm 30 with 2 young boys (4 and 1) I have done every diet going then did Cambridge diet in time for my 30th party and an amazing holiday in New York and got to my lowest weight 13.13! But since New York have gained 2 stone back on I have tried Cambridge again but just can't do it now. My boys don't sleep great so think the tiredness was making me fail! Have decided to give Atkins ago as I no carbs don't agree with me and day one is done and I've loved it just pray I see good results!! Would love advice incase I'm going wrong! I fear I may have had too much cheese today :-/ Day one - Hot chicken - 2x drumsticks and 2x thighs Olives 2 babybel 2 egg omelette 2x bacon Mushrooms in butter Tsp tomato ketchup Chicken breast, pepper, mushrooms skewered Salad - lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber Cooked chicken breast Cheese Tbsp ceaser dressing Went for an hours swim, steam room and sauna 1 babybel 1 pepperami Diet coke and water How does this sound? And how much cheese are we allowed?
