well welcome to my food diary
im very pleased to report my food here - onwards and downward ladies - i can see the 11's from here just 2lbs to go :clap:
Brekkie: 2 x Ryvita (HEB) & WW Cheese Triangles (HEA)
Snack: Apple
Lunch: Prawn Omelette & 2 x bread (HEB)
Snack: Mussles & Prawn Sticks
Dinner: Pork with onions, mushrooms, peppers, courgettes and tinned toms with some spices
Snack: Yogurt- Fuller for Longer - fat free
Syns: 0 (so far)
