Hi not sure I should be posting in this section but never mind.

Anyway I am looking for inspiration. I am getting sooooooooooooo bored with my lunches, same old same old, soup, yoghurt, fruit. So I was wondering what all you lovely people are tucking into at lunch and if you can give me any ideas. I'm trying to cut down on carbs but not rule them out completely.

Sushi
Potato salad made with low fat mayo and low fat yoghurt
Chicken legs
Wraps

Mine aren't very low-carb either I'm afraid but I usually have.....

Mini tins e.g. spag, ravioli, pasta shapes (ones for kids are good less salt/sugar/fat) usually 2pts
Hummus or cottage cheese with raw veggies
Celery with a little bit of reduced fat peanut butter down the middle and raisins on top (ants on a log)

what about a prawn cocktail made with extra light mayo, a teaspoon of ketchup and some lemon juice
or a selection of meats the thin ones you get in tesco you get quite a good portion for 1.5 with some cherry tomatos and gerkin
i'd add Light choice melba toast to mine but you could have it without
or an omelette with ham or smoked salmon
