lunch options

Hello.. Im going back to college now in bout two weeks and dont know what to bring up with me for lunch. Id normally have ww crackers with ww tuna and sweetcorn on it with a bowl of 0 points soup then to fill me up but no access to microwave so cant bring the filling soup.. Can anyone help please?
 
The WW ones are 3PP i'd say 5 or 6 PP for regular ones.. if you've an iPhone or android theres an app you can get with the calculator
 
ww pittas and most of their bread products, incl wraps and mini naan, are free on F&H , as are other diet breads like nimble. You could make sandwiches of those with chicken eg in a coronation style dressing made with yogurt and a teeny bit of curry powder , and you would not use any of your weekly points. So easy !
