I think thats a bit of mistake on the weeklies, i didn't have a good weekend at all probably have next to zero left LOL!!

Ate at my friends last night, she knows I am trying to lose weight but gave us M&S carbonara and garlic bread def not diet friendly but I shouldn't be so selfish it was lovely of her to cook for me but I did polite turn down the pudding!

it does become difficult when you eat away from home doesn't it. My friend cooked me a spag bol, with garlic bread and wine the other night. put me way over! was worth it though, we had a good laugh. x

I really need to start taking this seriously!! Its not that I don't want to lose weight, I REALLY do, so I need to knuckle down, I know with it getting into the christmas season, its going to be hard, and I am off to Hamburg Friday and lots of nights planned out, but I can't practice damage limitation until the new year then just really go for it big style!! I haven't put my weekly points on, because in all honestly I've lost track of them since Friday and haven't a clue!
