Stayed the same last night, ok with that. I had a horrible day Friday, got very upset over something a friend said about me and literally ate my body weight in all the wrong foods, got straight back on track the next day though!

Hi hun. Asda sell the soup mixes - ready chopped and season vegetables you just add stock, cook, blend and off you go! It smells amazing - the back has 4.5 syns in it though - I assume oil and coconut. Will tell you what its like.

I'm past the upset stage now and on to the livid stage. She was supposed to be my best friend, but the friendship has been very difficult for a while now and I feel better for making the decision that I don't need friends who upset me in my life anymore. She was also a huge sabotuer for me which i don't need either!

eat out at Witherspoons with a friend - had a look at the menu and I am think either Jacket potato with BBQ pulled pork or with Five Bean chilli or maybe the five bean chilli with rice. Evidently the jacket potato and chilli is only 1 1/2 syns whilst the chilli is 6 syns (tortilla chips), the pulled pork is a new dish so no syn values available yet. Leaning toward the chilli at the moment. Either way I will stay within my syns as I won't be drinking.
