Ah that's quite normal - it's your brain playing tricks on you!! Hopefully the feeling will pass soon. The only way I combat the food thing is by having my evening meal of chicken and salad or veggies or something. I make sure I sit down with a knife and fork and eat it slowly. - baby depending of course!! She's not always so obliging around that time of day!!
Good luck! Just keep looking in the mirror, re-reading your stats and measure yourself to show you how well you've done. And tick off the days on a chart to mentally show you how long you have left.
