I go on holiday 28th September I've lost 16lb so another 12lb to go in 4 weigh in x
 
The way your going Lyndzi you will achieve your 12lbs by the time you go on holiday....minimum of 3lbs a week...YOU WILL DO IT

I am loving slim and save and I know that this is not the only time I will be doing it...slim for pregnancy and look forward to the day I do it for vanity...lol
 
You'll definitely get it off for your holiday!! Especially with your determination!!

Struggled the past few days really felt like food so tonight bar, crispy chocolate shake and coke zero my treat.

DAY 27

Feeling good.
3 more weigh ins before holiday 3lb a werk would be nice but I anticipate weigh loss slowing down now.

Sorted my food out for the week fit a few soups and hot meals to have. Not looking forward to them.
 
Well done!! Very organised! Mine are just in a bug tub in the kitchen and I pretty much lucky dip every day! :)

I must say I'm not a massive fan of the hot meals/soups, some are not toooo bad but I love the shakes and bars though!!
Yum.

Gonna feed bubba once she wakes up and then do my official weigh in!! Don don donnnnnn.

Have a good day - I reckon 3lbs a week is pretty do-able - especially with your gentle exercise too.

I spend 3 hours a day choosing if I had my months box down in the kitchen.

My 2 monsters have been awake since 6.30am.

DAY 28

Man I'm starting to struggle but only 3 weeks till a break which I will most definitely enjoy. I'm not hungry but want food!!
 
Ah that's quite normal - it's your brain playing tricks on you!! Hopefully the feeling will pass soon. The only way I combat the food thing is by having my evening meal of chicken and salad or veggies or something. I make sure I sit down with a knife and fork and eat it slowly. - baby depending of course!! She's not always so obliging around that time of day!!
Good luck! Just keep looking in the mirror, re-reading your stats and measure yourself to show you how well you've done. And tick off the days on a chart to mentally show you how long you have left.
Beat your brain at its own game! Lol. Xx

Hope you don't mind me popping by....you are doing so well ! Great losses every week.....I have the food break coming up next Saturday and suddenly I've become preoccupied by food....had to extra veg yesterday....think I might just be a bit anxious about it like it might make me not get to goal or something?! Anyway you are going to look fantastic on your holiday and be so proud you did this....
