How are you feeling?
 
Here I am again! Yesterday was not good! I started off well with a bar for breakfast and a cafe nero americano without milk when I met up with an ex colleague. However I had completely forgotten about a leaving fuddle for 2 colleagues (thought it was next week) and overindulged resulting in 3lb gain this morning.
So far today I've had a vanilla shake and 120 calories worth of ham so hopefully I will manage a good day. Have also had 2 mugs of coffee with a little milk added.
Hope everyone else has a brilliant day. Hope to catch up with diaries over the weekend and also have a look at all the new ones.

Just made an omelette with the exante eggs mix. Not as bad as I expected although I'd rather have one made with a couple of proper eggs!

Not feeling too bad thank you. Have set up 2 new challenges for Christmas - weight loss and miles walked or run.
 
Joined the weight loss one. Missed the miles walked one but will wait to see how my foot gets on first.

I found the eggs better with a bit of spring onion in them x

Hi Lux. Just noticed that you're another one of us shorter folk. Also our weights are not too dissimilar. I was 13st 2lb when I started last year and got down to 11st 13lb but am now up to 13st 7lb again. The challenge is on the exante challenge forum. I've put up a walking to Christmas one too.
 
I've joined both but have had to amend the walking one - I'd never find the time to do 10 miles a day!
