good evening,

i am going on a long car journey tomororw and leaving very early. I will be taking the kids to McD's for breakfast. Can i have the oats so simple porridge as a B choice and then jusy syn the jam?? I have fruit and hifi's packed, but just in case i need something warm. thanks

Yes, oat so simple is a healthy extra, 27g
