Macmammys Diary - I WILL do this!!

Morning all,

Well I have finally decided to do my own diary after being a nosy lass at everyone elses!

A little bit about me, well diets... erm you name it, I have done it and I mean EVERY diet going! I have since new year been in a different, very determined place to finally shift this weight and be healthy and happy with myself. Its been very slow but i am still determined!

I have two lovely girls, aged 6 and 1 and am a forces wife. One of my aims is to be 2 stones lighter by the time hubby is back from Afghan in September.

So there is me! a bit chubby and ready to lose, my diary will be a way to keep me focued and I would love feedback from anyone if you fancy it?

Today is;

Breakfast;Banana, 0% greek Yog, Grapes
Lunch;Prawn Salad
Dinner;Slow cooker Chicken (2syns), veg, wholemeal rice

Snacks; skimmed milk (HEXA), 2 Alpen light (HEXB), plums, grapes

Exercise; 1 hour in Gym.

You sound really focused and determined, a diary is a great way of keeping us on track I think!
