and i added some grated cheese before cooking , was delish with some butter on

could really get addicted to them , but i seem to stall when i eat them , think it will have to be a sunday treat

got my flax from here instead of asda and was nicer

i bought peanut butter to put on mine.

i prefer cheese but my microwave is buggered and melts the cheese too much in 10 secs one day then 40 the next haha

Here you go....

MiO (MUFFIN IN OVEN)
In a pyrex/anchor custard cup:

Beat 1 egg
add
1/2 tsp melted butter
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup flaxmeal (ground flaxseeds)

Stir until smooth, then add 1oz of sharp cheddar cheese (or whatever flavor)

Bake 325 F for 15-17 minutes.

they are TOO easy to clean hun!!

bowl, water, heat for 3 mins in micro.....

then clean, no scrubbing!! if theres something then wipe of what you can and re heat the water in there!

If you add lemon to the water it removes smells too
