Made a mistake

#1
Jumped on the scales this morning as it's weigh in tonight (1st mistake) and by the looks of it I've stay the same.

I've gone over in my head what i'd eaten because I was sure I'd not cheated.... anyway 2 days last week I bought bbq spare ribs off the hot counter in tescos I thought they were free ( I'm doing EE) and didn't bother to check! .....

Do you think they may have caused me to STS.

Naughty naughty, scales should be banned.:D I wouldn't have thought the BBQ ribs were free, goodness knows what they make the sauce from. Maybe it isn't too bad..... It would really depend how many syns they were. I'm not sure it would prevent you from losing a little weight if you have been perfect the rest of the time. Sometimes we do just STS even when we don't deserve it and there isn't a reason why. Good luck tonight, I hope your scales are wrong. The ones in class are so much better than any you can buy for home so try and forget what it said and wait and see.

hey Dumpylump - as Laura has said, i dont think one error would cause a STS.

Check out the ribs online, they will have syns in because the sauce would be quite sweet.

Ive found the following on the SW Website

Tesco Sticky Barbecue Pork Spare Ribs, 500g pack, chilled 100g

4½ Syns on Extra Easy Original 4½ Syns Green 12 Syns

Not sure how many you had, but at 4.5 syns for 100g, i would imagine you would have 2 ribs for that weight.

Dont worry until your official weigh in though - hope your scales are wrong!!! x

Lost 0.5 so in right direction I suppose, but just cross with myself for not thinking!

Had about 6 ribs on 2 days so I would have had about 30 syns on those days so I should be thankful it wasn't a gain.

Just goes to show what a menopausal brain can do for you....Thanks for your help ladies.x
