Dinner - Spaghetti bolognaise & muller light Turkish delight yoghurt

Lunch - Mackerel in Indian sauce with salad & melon

Dinner - WW Lasagne (5 syns) SW chips & peas.

Breakfast - 2 x WW Wholemeal toast (HEB) 1tsp lurpack lightest (1syn) 1tsp honey (1 syn) + Shape zero rhubarb crumble yoghurt (1/2 syn)

Lunch - Chicken & Ham salad

Tea - Asda Cajun chicken & vegetable rice & Mullerlight Turkish delight yoghurt.

Tea - Chilli con carne, Jacket potato Salad & (20g HEA RF Cheese) Mullerlight yoghurt orange with chocolate sprinkles

Breakfast - 2 x Light choices cumberland sausages (2 syns), slices of melon & Mullerlight toffee yoghurt.

Dinner - 3 x hint of chilli ryvita (HEB) 40g primula light (1/2 HEA) 2 x boiled eggs & 2 x light choices cumberland sausages (2 syns)

Tea - Chicken wrapped in bacon, 200g HEB new potatoes & salad with 1 tblsp kraft light garlic & herb dressing (1 syn) & 20g RF Cheddar (1/2 HEA) . Mullerlight vanilla with chocolate sprinkles yoghurt
