omg.....i just made magic pancakes and they r YUMMY
35g oatflakes (porridge flakes)-HEB
diet youghurt 0% fat
3eggs
frilite
honey-optinal and syn
add oats to youghurt,mix wit 3 eggs,spoon into pan and fry on pan wit frilite.i added honey then to mine.they were gorgeous and the only syns was the honey.sime people soak oats in yoyghurt overnite,i didnt and they were still fab.made and ate in 10 mins and they were DELISH
