Fabulous spreadsheet - cheeky question, but you couldn't tell me how to put it into lbs and then convert it to st. and lbs could you?!

What weight do you want converting into St & lb?

Divide your lbs by 14, this gives you your stone.
Multiply your stones by 14, this gives you your stones in lb.
Subtract your stones in lb from your weight in lbs and the answer is your lbs.

Example.
If you weigh 152lb.
152/14 = 10.857 so you are 10 stone
10*14 = 140lb
152-140 = 12 so you are 10 stone 12lb

I tend to weigh in lbs so wanted to put those in and then get them converted to sts and lbs. No probs - was just being cheeky!!
