24th January 2010 - Extra Easy

Breakfast - 28g weetabix mini (HEXB), mullerlight, banana

Lunch - egg, beans and red onionand some ham

Dinner - pasta n sauce, tuna, cheese (HEXA) and salad (first time I couldnt eat all my cheesey tuna pasta)

Snacks - mullerlight, banana, 1/2 tin of soup (6 SYNS) and 2 highlights (4 SYNS)
 
25th January 2010 - EXTRA EASY

Breakfast - Mullerlight, weetabix mini (HEXB) and a banana

Lunch - 2 eggs, a whole onion and half a tin of beans

Dinner - pasta n sauce, tuna, cheese (HEXA) and salad

Better dinner - mullerlight, weetabix mini (6 SYNS) and a banana

Snack - 2 highlights (4 SYNS)

SW bad idea - I weighed myself today in the same situation as I will tomorrow at the doctors and had put on half a pound.

SO...I plan to just take tomorrow as it comes, hope for the best but expect the worst. At the doctors I got told i would recieve an exercise referral soon, which I know will massively help with the sw.

If I do put on, then I am cutting down to 1 mullerlight a day, and no snacking but fruit.
 
26th January 2010 - Extra Easy

Breakfast - an apple (was really nervous)

Lunch - mullerlight, banana and weetabix minis (HEXB)

Midafternoon - Mugshot, ham

Dinner - pork (4 SYNS), nandos sauce (2 SYNS), potato and cheese (HEXA)

Snacks - 2 highlights (4 SYNS) and maybe some fruit.

Drank 2 cans of 7up free. :)

I lost 2 and a half pounds at my weigh in today :).

Real lack of superfree today, purely because I have spent the afternoon and evening with my boyfriend and he is not a big believer in vegetables. So that needs to be rectified. He keeps saying how I can little bits of biscuits (a quarter of a tiny 79 cal biscuit!) and he tried to get me to eat garlic bread (!!!)

I am now 7lbs lighter than I was 2 weeks ago. It is such a mood booster, I have been smiling today. I feel like I can really achieve stuff.

27th January 2010 - EXTRA EASY

Lunch - red onion, 2 eggs and half a tin of beans

Snack Mid Lunch - pasta n sauce, tuna, cheese (HEXA)

Dinner - Quorn mince, dolmio light sauce (3 SYNS) and salad

Evening Supper - banana, mullerlight 5 weetabix minis (3 SYNS)

Night time routine - 2 highlights (4 SYNS)

Somewhere today I also ate an apple and a satsuma.
 
28th January 2010 - Extra Easy

Breakfast - mullerlight, banana and weetabix mini (HEXB)

Lunch - tuna, pasta n sauce, cheese (HEXA) and salad

Lunch - mullerlight, banana and weetabix minis (5 SYNS)

Dinner - quorn sausage, beans and onion

Night time treat - 2 highlights (4 SYNS)
 
29th January 2010 - Extra Easy

Breakfast - mullerlight, banana and weetabix minis (HEXB)

Lunch - Weight watchers curry sauce (6 and a half SYNS), rice, quorn chicken pieces

Dinner - beans, quorn sausages and red onion

Night time snack - mugshot

Treat - 2 highlights (4 SYNS)

I also ate an apple and a kiwi.

No HEXA today as I completely forgot. Also first day I have only had one mullerlight.
 
30th January - GREEN

First attempt at a green day.

Breakfast - mullerlight, banana and weetabix minis (HEXB)

Lunch - quorn, rice, weight watchers curry sauce (6 syns)

Dinner - beans, quorn sausages

Supper - mullerlight, banana and weetabix minis (HEXB)

Snacks (from 5pm) - 2 highlights (4 SYNS), grapes and cheese (HEXA)
 
31 January 2010 - GREEN

Another attempt at a green day.

Breakfast - mullerlight, banana and weetabix minis (HEXB)

Lunch - noodles, stir fry veg and chow mein sauce (5 and a half SYNS)

Dins - mullerlight, banana and weetabix minis (HEXB)

Dinner - egg, cheese (HEXA), beans, red onion

Evening - 2 highlights (4 SYNS) and some grapes
 
1st February - GREEN

Breakfast - mullerlight, banana and weetabix minis (HEXB)

Lunch - noodles, stir fry veg, chow mein sauce (5 and a half SYNS)

Dinner - Low fat supernoodles and sweetcorn

Dins - beans and cheese (HEXA) and a mullerlight, banana and weetabix minis (HEXB)

2nd February 2010 - GREEN

Breakfast - mullerlight, banana and weetabix minis (HEXB)

Lunch - noodles, stirfry veg, chow mein sauce (5 and a half SYNS)

Dinner - mullerlight, banana and weetabix minis (HEXB)

Dinner - quorn sausages, beans, onions

Dinner - mullerlight, banana and oatybix bar (3 and a half SYNS)

Dinner - 2 lots of cheese (HEXA HEXA)

2 highlights (4 SYNS)

I treated myself to some extra syns but tbh the evening just went out of control.

I am gonna be bad tomorrow morning for brekkie and lunch so I am *fingers crossed* gonna do the best I can.
