    OK... lets hope I've got this in the right place as it's time I go back to recording what I actually eat in a day!

    Breakfast
    2 x Alpen light bars = 1HEXB
    Apple = 0
    Banana = 0

    Lunch
    Salad (tomato, cucumber, onion, boiled egg, beetroot) = 0
    Tuna mayo (made with hellmans extra light mayo = 4

    Dinner
    Pork (all fat removed) = 0
    Runner beans = 0
    Cauliflower = 0
    Carrots = 0
    Broccoli = 0
    1/2 a pack of Colmans chedder cheese sauce (used milk from HEXA and cheese form HEXA) =4

    Snacks
    picked on grapes = 0
    pear = 0

    Total
    8

    1/2 packet Colmans cheese sauce (milk+chedder HEXA) = 4

    2 x bananas = 0
    Alpen light bar = 1/2 HEXB

    Drinks
    Pepsi max = 0
    coffee made with milk from HEXA = 0
    Tesco sparkly water thingy = 0

    I got up too late for breakfast - so I'll start at brunch!

    Brunch
    Mushrooms = 0
    4 x sainsburys extra low fat cumberland sausages = 2
    grilled tomatoes = 0
    (would also liked scrambled egg, but didnt have any :(!)

    ohh poop... then it went all wrong as I went out for a meal with friends:

    pate on toast = 12 (estimated)
    grilled streak (fat cut off) and salad = 0 (estimated)
    apple crumble = 32 (estimated)

    Drinks
    Pepsi max = 0
    Tesco flavoured sparkling water = 0
    Diet coke = 0

    total = 44 :mad: :eek: :tear_drop:

    OK yesterday wasn't great - gonna go for a green day today. Got up late agin - had a lie -in

    Breakfast

    Lunch
    Jacket potato = 0
    Full tin of baked beans = 0
    42g low fat chedder = HEXA

    weird bit as I was gigging tonight -
    mugshot = 0
    grapes = 0
    2 x apples = 0
    2 x Aplen light bar = HEXB

    Total = 0 (cool! - hope that makes up for yesterday!)

    Potato salad and pasta mix made with Hellmans extra light mayo = 5

    Mash potato (milk from HEXA, cheese from HEXB) = 0
    4 x Quorn chicken nuggets 0.5 each = 2
    1 x Dalepack vegatable fingers 3 each = 3

    drinks
    Coffee
    Diet coke
    Pepsi Max
    Water - should drink more of this instead of the fizzy junk!

    Cant believe how much I can't eat!!! I thought I was starving last night, but just couldn't eat as much as I'm used to, left half my mash, beans and a few chicken nuggets! So back to todays munchies:

    sage and onion stuffing ball = 3

    Pepsi max = 0
    water = 0

    total = 11.5

    Real weird day todays as I went to the Great Dorset Steam Fair - spent the day 'grazing' rather than having meals - but hopefully it worked!

    breakfast before I went
    baked beans = 0
    2 x nimble wholemeal slices = HEXB

    rest of the day
    Batchelors super noodles chicken flavour = 3.5
    Batchelors super noodles low fat chicken and herb:sign0137: (tasted yyyyyyuuuckkkk!) = 0 :yuk:
    2 x banana = 0
    grapes = 0
    raspberries = 0

    drinks
    coffee (milk HEXA) = 0
    pepsi max = 0

    lesson number 1 today - spend the syns on the chicken supernoodles, the low fat chicken and herb is just UN-BAREABLE!!

    Gonna be tough today! I'm in work for 12 hours and planned a nice 'red day' roast for dinner this eve, but all I have in at work is fruit, HEXBs and noodles/baked beans, I will try to leave the green day stuff alone and just look forward to the roast dinner when I get home ;)

    Breakfast
    2 x slices nimble wholemeal = HEXB
    2 x teaspoon robertsons light marmalade = 1
    2 x teaspoon lemon curd = 1

    lunch
    2 x banana = 0
    apple = 0
    old tin of tuna I found in the work cupboard = 0
    really old sachet of salad cream I found in the fridge at work!! (no date on it - hoping I survive) = 2 (estimated)

    Dinner - yey it was worth the wait!
    roast gammon joint = 0
    carrots = 0
    cauliflower = 0
    broccoli = 0
    green beans = 0 (had to check, yes they are free on red!)
    1/2 a pack colmans chedder cheese sauce (milk and cheese fron HEXA= 4

    ohh poop! I've hidden from doing my diary as I did not have a good day yesterday, but I know thats not the correct thing to do and I should record if for future reference! The day was all good until the evening when I got home from work after working 13 hours so tired I opted for the easy option of a take-away here is what I had:

    1 x small spring roll
    1 x prawn toast
    1 x satay chicken skewer
    2 x made up crispy duck 'rolls'
    plate of mixture of sweet and sour, chow mein, egg fried rice and beef and mushrooms

    Goodness only knows how many sysn that was - I will try to calculate it late to scare myself :(

    grilled gammon (alll fat removed) = 0
    lettuce - 0

    poached egg = 0

    drinks
    tesco sparkling water = 0
    coffee made with milk from HEXA = 0
    loads of low calorie fizzy stuff = 0

    Proud of myself today and very full - must remember this!

    gonna attempt to work out the syns of this day now (this is all approximate and red day values):

    1 x small spring roll = no idea!!
    1 x piece prawn toast = 2
    1 x chicken satay skewer = no idea (but assumed to be fairly low on a red as I dont have sauce)

    2 x crispy duck rolls = 15

    1/2 portion chicken chow mein = 6
    1/2 portion sweet n sour chicken = 4.5
    1/2 portion beef n mushrooms = 2.5
    1/2 portion egg fried frice = 8.5

    wow thats 38.5 and thats just what I can guess........ need to be very good over the rest of the week now :sign0007:

    think I needed to work it out to stop me doing it again, Chinese food is my weekness! Glad I work it out, it was nice.... but not at least 40syns nice! I know now not to do it again!
    Sometimes I do have to work late, I'm going to have to think of things to put in the freezer/cupboard thats quick and easy to quick
