OK... lets hope I've got this in the right place as it's time I go back to recording what I actually eat in a day!

1/2 a pack of Colmans chedder cheese sauce (used milk from HEXA and cheese form HEXA) =4

I got up too late for breakfast - so I'll start at brunch!

ohh poop... then it went all wrong as I went out for a meal with friends:

Cant believe how much I can't eat!!! I thought I was starving last night, but just couldn't eat as much as I'm used to, left half my mash, beans and a few chicken nuggets! So back to todays munchies:

Real weird day todays as I went to the Great Dorset Steam Fair - spent the day 'grazing' rather than having meals - but hopefully it worked!

Gonna be tough today! I'm in work for 12 hours and planned a nice 'red day' roast for dinner this eve, but all I have in at work is fruit, HEXBs and noodles/baked beans, I will try to leave the green day stuff alone and just look forward to the roast dinner when I get home ;)

ohh poop! I've hidden from doing my diary as I did not have a good day yesterday, but I know thats not the correct thing to do and I should record if for future reference! The day was all good until the evening when I got home from work after working 13 hours so tired I opted for the easy option of a take-away here is what I had:

1 x small spring roll
1 x prawn toast
1 x satay chicken skewer
2 x made up crispy duck 'rolls'
plate of mixture of sweet and sour, chow mein, egg fried rice and beef and mushrooms

Goodness only knows how many sysn that was - I will try to calculate it late to scare myself :(

gonna attempt to work out the syns of this day now (this is all approximate and red day values):

1 x small spring roll = no idea!!
1 x piece prawn toast = 2
1 x chicken satay skewer = no idea (but assumed to be fairly low on a red as I dont have sauce)

2 x crispy duck rolls = 15

1/2 portion chicken chow mein = 6
1/2 portion sweet n sour chicken = 4.5
1/2 portion beef n mushrooms = 2.5
1/2 portion egg fried frice = 8.5

wow thats 38.5 and thats just what I can guess........ need to be very good over the rest of the week now :sign0007:

think I needed to work it out to stop me doing it again, Chinese food is my weekness! Glad I work it out, it was nice.... but not at least 40syns nice! I know now not to do it again!
Sometimes I do have to work late, I'm going to have to think of things to put in the freezer/cupboard thats quick and easy to quick
