Superspeed foods: smoked haddock fillet, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries
Syns: 50g of sainsburys BGT pate = 4
Exercise: 1/2 an hour with weights toning arms

Day 4

Red day
Glasses of water: 5
Superspeed foods: melon, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries
Syns: 40g of sainsburys BGT pate = 4
Exercise: 1/2 an hour very brisk walk

Phew..... after my 5 days of 5 of 5 and nearly pooping myself on many occasions. I have weighed in today with a 2lb loss. Now thats over I can go back to normal...!!

Sunday - aching after my first attempt at running yesterday, I enjoyed it, but hoping this aching thing improves!

OK, so christmas was a bit pants and went on for a few weeks longer than I expected! but here I am - brand new year - brand new start!

I've adjusted my statistics to what I am now, but I've been hiding as I have managed to put on 9 pounds over the extended christmas period - so ashamed!!

Nothing to be ashamed about hunny - you're back and that's what matters. I'm sure that the extra lbs will be gone in a few weeks :)

I've really enjoyed reading your diary and you've given me lots of ideas for green and red days as I mostly stick to EE, but I like to mix it up now and again.

I'm sure you'll look amazing for your wedding! You've come so far since July!
