Mainly red - a few odd green days!

Bit of an odd one as I have been training at work today

Thursday 12/01

Breakfast
1 x kelloggs fibre plus bar = HEXB
1 x banana = 0

Lunch
2 x nimble wholemeal = HEXB
1 x tablespoon marmalade = 1
1 x apple = 0

Dinner
3 x butcher choice half fat sausages = 7.5
1 x tin of tomatoes = 0
scrambled eggs = 0
trimmed bacon = 0

Drinks
Pepsi Max = 0
Coffee (milk from HEXA) = 0
water = 0

Total = 8.5 :D

salad (tomatoes, cucumber, onion, lettuce, boiled egg) = 0
boiled poatoes = 0
4 x tablespoon hellmans extra light mayo = 2

Pepsi Max = 0
Coffee (milk from HEXA) = 0
water = 0
5 x single vodka and diet coke = 12.5

Total = 16.5

1/2 tablespoon oil = 3
9 x Quorn chicken nuggets = 4.5

Pepsi Max = 0
Coffee (milk from HEXA) = 0

Where have your lunches gone missy?! Food looking good (as always).
I have a red day tomorrow and was wondering if you had any suggestions other than salad that I could have for lunch?? Totally stuck :( xx

Hi Minky - I'm terrible for not having a lunch at weekends - I'm always up too late out of bed, so I end up having 'brunch'!!

I know what you mean abouot lunch on a red day - I mostly have salad as I eat in the work canteen, but try and change it about a bit by having different things with it. i.e tuna, ham, beef or chicken. I can't think of anything else of the top of my head!! I'll have a think.......!

I also have changed my day today as I wanted potatoes in my salad - so having a green day now, which kind of stuffs up this evenings meal plan of gammon steak... hmmmm... re-think now!!

Just thought of a red day lunch... Gonna pack out 2 slices of nimble wholemeal with bacon/cooked low fat sausages and egg mayo (made with hellmans extra light). Glad you asked that question! I'm going to make a huge sandwich tomorrow for work!!

Well I am going to do a "club" sandwich SW friendly. I don't have any bacon in *sob* so will be having one layer as wafer thin ham and HexA cheese with lettuce n onion and the top layer as egg Mayo with lettuce. I want it now!!! Enjoy yours sweetie nom nom nom! Xx
 
Well the day is not going very well today...

Breakfast

1 x apple

then I got told I have two weeks notice of my job...... so hummppphh, I intend to record what I'm eating today - but I don't care about the syns!!!

1 x Sausage and hash brown bap
2 x buttery crumpets

2 X Jam doughnuts
cheese baguette

chinese takeaway and a big pile of sweets!

Ta Minky - somehow I just think it's going to be alright. I have been given 4 weeks notice, but I've only worked for the company for 4 years - so severence isn't really worth poop.

I'm gonna eat like crap today - then sort it out tomorrow!! X

Wednesday 18/01

today is a brand new day. I will work out my notice will dignity and professionalism (whilst surfing on minimins during work time!!). I had a blow out yesterday and got it out of my system, here goes my new day:

Breakfast:
1 x fibre plus bar = HEXB
1 x apple = 0
2 x nimble wholemeal = 5
2 x teaspoon WW jam = 2

lunch
salad (lettuce, onion, boiled potatoes, boiled eggs, cucumber) = 0
4 x tablespoon extra light mayo = 2

dinner
roast gammon joint = 0
cauliflower = 0
carrots = 0
colmans cheese sauce = 4
roast potatoes = 0
teaspoon oil = 2

total = 15

glad to hear you sound a bit more positive. And the food sounds gorgeous - sometimes you just gotta say F the syns. I don't blame you at all - I need all of what you had yesterday! But an even bigger well done on being able to say blow out done, back on it now. Most people wouldn't, but then your not most people ;)
