Considering the title of this diary is called mainly red, a few odd greens - I'm having a lot of green days lately!! grapes = 0

This is very helpful thanks. I have been following EE but put on 1 pound last week and was devestated at such an early stage to be putting on. So i have decided to try red and green days for a while. Thanks again xx

Hi notcomf! I have not really tried EE, I find red or green works for me.
Basically on a green day I normally have piles of patatoes/pasta and quorn products and on red I like roast meats (or low syn sausages) and heaps of free veg - but I miss off the potatoes.

Best of luck with trying something new x

Hi Vicki

Sounds like you've got a plan to keep away from the vending machine - it is difficult when you're very busy not to grab anything in reach.

Hi Vicki

Sounds like you've got a plan to keep away from the vending machine - it is difficult when you're very busy not to grab anything in reach.

I'm trying to plan - every year we shut down and I go onto long hours I have always ended up putting on at least 1/2 stone across the two months. I have stuffed my cupboard with batchelors supernoodles, pasta n sauce and fruit... the only trouble is I have to pass the vending machine of chocolate and crisps to get to my cupboard!! I've not caved in yet!!

Well done on the planning. I'm quite lucky that there is no vending machine to conquer at work - nearest shop is 5 min drive away so no temptation here.
