Hey gracie, well the steps done properly should take minimum 7 weeks ish.aweek for step 2, and 2weeks on each step3,4 and 5. Different for everyone as it depends how long you wasn't to stay on each step. I skipped step 2 as I always had milk in my numerous coffees anyway and never weighed my protein or veg! So I did 2 week s on step 3, now on 1st week of step 4. The losses are v slow, are you at target? I kind of wish I'd got to target before moving up steps! Only 1lb to go and its just not going anywhere lol. Sure it will eventually!!
