Just a quick post to say still around, still reading this forum. Still slim, still a pound below my target. Its now eight months and I am delighted.

Thank you. I owe a great deal to this forum, it kept me going when the going got tough. So a massive thank you to everyone who supported me from 17 stone to 10 and a bit!

Clothes from 22/24 to a nice 10! It's amazing. Keep drinking the water, it always helps.
