Maintaining weight

Does anyone have some suggestions and wisdom on how best to maintain your weight once reaching your goal weight. So worried about it inching back on.
 
Just cant agree more with above post. I am on the social team of our group so naturally go every week anyway. It does keep me on the straight and narrow, I even weigh in every week. And if you go at least once a month its free and you get all the up to date info from your consultant and access to the S W website and syns etc. If you dont go after the month then you no longer have this facility.
