Maintanance shakes?

You can do it how you like! Refeed is a shake or maintenance food for breakfast. Maintenance is maintenance before meals and small meals or replacing a meal with maintenance food. Personally i used the LT shake for breakfast on refeed and am maintaining without any shakes at all just healthy eating xx

What exactlt are the maintenance shakes for then?
Just instead of meals but you only maintain?
You're doing great i'd say you feel fab!

Well they can be used to replace meals if you want or need to! Apparently they have something in them too so that if you decide to have 1 before your meals they fill you up so you have a very small meal with low calories, get the nutrients too! I read that you can use the maintenance foods to replace breakfast (so 7 meals per week) then if you gain weight you can increase it to replace say 10 meals, if you lose weight you can decrease the number of meals. That make sense? Until you find a happy medium.

Personally hun i think you can do it without, my breakfast is less calories than the maintenance foods anyway! xxx

im having one maintenance bar daisy instead of breakfast every day and gonna continue like this for a few more weeks yet..i did have normal breakfast on sunday and no maintenance and felt more hungry that day (obviously why i ate more that day) so because they are low Gi help stave off hunger..all the bars are scrummy unlike the maintenance shakes which are disgusting!!
