Maintenance query?

Hello all does anyone know how many pp i would need to maintain? i am 5ft6 and weigh 11 1/2 stone. i have 29 pp normally

I know the least points you can have is 26pp

I think for the 1st week of maintenance go up 3pps a day, if u still lose weight, go up to a max of 6 extra pp a day

QFT. You can fiddle with the numbers yourself, but usually its a maximum of 6. Everyones different so don't be worried if you maintain on a number thats different to anyone else.
