Maintenance

My friend is interested in LT although she does not have that much to loose (so I said she prob cant do the full prog like me) - How does she get involved with the Maint prog? Will she need to have check ups with the Chemist or can she just buy direct from the company?

My chemist said to me that you have to have a stone to loose to start LT and I'm sure you can only do maintenance if you've lost weight with LT - might be wrong x

She can use maintainence n dhave a low cal/carb meal a day..she can buy them either from the company (online) or from a chemist which ever is easiest x weight loss is a bit slower xx
As for full LT you have to have a BMI of over 25 and need to lose at least 2 stones, they won't do it for 1 stone...or at least they shouldnt!!!!
