just two questions really... the soups... can you make them up at home then take them to work and save for lunch time? about 4 hours.

Can you make the soups by good mixing with hot water and a spoon? dont fancy bringing a mixer to work!

No you cant make the soup up and take it to work unfortunately, 4 hours is way too long.
I think you're supposed to have finished it in 20minutes. Something about nutrients depleting after a certain amount of time.

When I had soups I would mix them with a balloon whisk and hot water.
Tried it with a fork but it was all lumpy, gross!

I mix mine at work in a big mug, just with a teaspoon - does take a lot of mixing, mushroom and chicken seem to work best for me. Try it out at home, and see if it works for you.

Yes I have found that if you just keep stiring and squishing the lumps on the side of the mug, it eventually gets rid of all the lumps!
By the time you've finished, it's cooled off enough to drink!

The easiest and fastest way of doing shakes at work is to buy a coffee/milk frother, battery operated and bag size will whisk it up in no time.

Ive tried using a spoon and ended up binning the shake
