I'm trying to vary my HEX's as much as I can this week.
For breakfast today I had 28g Fruit and Fibre. It looks absolutely nothing in the bowl but I added half a large chopped banana AND as you get a scan bran with the F&F, I chopped the other half onto the scan bran. Left it a while to make the scan bran a little softer and have just thoroughly enjoyed this with a coffee.
So, that 28g may not have looked much but I've made it go so much further and have made it into a 2 course breakfast.
If your B choice includes a scan bran or ryvita, make the most of it
