Decided to start one as well as I'm going to be here a while!

Day one
Hazelnut shake for brekkie
Lettuce, cucumber, spring onion and tuna for lunch
Chicken soup in afternoon
Spicy spaghetti in evening

Day two
Oatmeal for brekkie (put too much water in had to drink it oops!)
Chocolate shake in afternoon
Turkey breast, broccoli, mashed Swede and the cottage pie over it for dinner

I've had 3 coffees each day and 2ltrs of water also. Last night had a green tea but tonight having a coke zero.
I liked the cottage pie over the meat and veg reminded me a bit of stuffing, hmmmm love stuffing! I'm really full now and I'm finding it fairly easy so far (fingers crossed)

Anyway that's me I'm shutting up now =)

Sounds like you're doing brilliantly! :) xx

Thanks I'm trying haha, finding it easier than expected but hoping I don't find the weekend too difficult! Xx

The key is to try and do things to keep yourself busy so you don't notice the time going in between meal times. Xbox and driving are my saviours and when I have my son for my time with him, he generally keeps me busy too hehe! xx

My son goes to his dad's at the weekends so unless I've got plans I usually try and keep myself busy. But then I've always had a bottle of wine to look forward to in an evening! Oh well I'm sure I'll be ok, the house may be spotless by the time it's over though =) xx

Really struggled today the urge to nip to the shop for a bottle of wine is overwhelming! Also had a dodgy spaced out thing earlier that made me feel like it wasn't me =/

Mushroom soup
Red berries shake
Chicken, pepper, courgette, mushroom stir fry with a dash of soy sauce (heavenly)
Chocolate shake left to have

Ah I'm with you on the wine! But stick to the plan, it's so worth it. You can have a tipple or two occasionally once you reach goal :)

Hope you don't get spaced out again, make sure you're drinking all your water x

I'm staying strong so far but I'm a big wine fan, literally haha! I'm putting it down to having a nap and maybe low blood sugar crash?!? It really freaked me out to be honest. I'm ok now I've eaten and have drunk lots of water since then so hoping it was a one off. May have to avoid naps in future =/ how long have you been on it? X

Yeah it could have been the nap! I wake up in a world of my own if I sleep in the day and often get dizzy. If it keeps happening, maybe split the packs so you have something more often. I've been on s&s for just over a couple of weeks, had a couple of slip ups though, mainly because I'm so used to having a drink at the weekend, but it's really not worth it - the wine will be there once we get to goal :) x

I'd only had the mushroom soup all day then had the nap and woke about half 3, slept for about 40 mins altogether. I had a shake and a coffee when I got up, wouldn't mind if just me but I've got a little boy so don't want that to keep happening. I think you're right I need to spread them out a bit better, I've being trying to start as late as possible because I'm hungrier at night time.
Just read your diary well done on the first week weight loss that's excellent! I've just made my last shake into biscuit type things they really hit the spot! X

Thanks :). Yeah you don't want to risk it with a little one. I've been having mine late too, so I can't talk.

When the white choc and yoghurt bars are back in stock you should try them as lil bite size biscuits - so nice! I cut them up into tiny pieces and put them in the micro for a few seconds x

Today is a write off because I gave in to the cravings aarrgh! Back on it tomorrow though! Gutted I cheated though because I've lost a good amount already, stupid head!

Week one take 2!!!

After an abysmal first week I'm back in the zone and determined to stick to it this time

Porridge- yuk, yuk, yuk! I can't make it up right and it tasted bloody awful

Chicken, lettuce, cucumber for lunch

Mushroom, pepper and mushroom pasta for dinner. Not a lot to it is there haha!

Milk caramel shake
