Just going to write everything down as i've been eating quite a bit of fruit!
My goal is to lose 7lbs by the time my husband comes home on the 9th February. I started on tuesday.
On nights tonight and tomorrow.

Breakfast/Lunch

Mixed berries-0pp
150g Onken yogurt (low fat)-2pp.

Supper

chicken Korma-13pp
ww mouse- 2pp.

Snacks

ww bar-3pp
fruit(to make up my 5 a day)-0pp.
milk for tea-2pp

Total-22pp's.


The chicken korma is from the Hearty home cooking book and it's really nice! I made it on Friday night.

Exercise- Away to do a dvd.

Edited to add that i'm on 29pp and have 2 stones 2.5lbs to lose.

Couldn't get on yesterday so will do yesterdays food just now.

Snacks

ww cheese biscuits- 2pp
Some fruit but not as much as before!

Total for the day-25

Didn't get any exercise done yesterday.

Well, i got weighed today and i've lost 3.5lbs! Have had to change my statistics as i think i made myself lighter to begin with as well!

Anyway, todays meals are:
