Mango chicken casserole

Hi i adapted the Tana Ramsey version for SW.

Had it today for lunch yummy!!!!:p

Ingredients:
1lb of diced chicken
1 chopped mango
1 chopped onion
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp corriander
squeeze of lemon juice
250ml of chicken stock

(1) fry off chicken untill browned
(2)add cinnamon and corriander and lemon
(3) remove to slow cooker on low heat
(4)fry off onion with a little chicken stock
(5)remove onion to slow cooker
(6)add mango to pan and cook for 3-4 mins til softened.
Put mango and the rest of chicken stock in slow cooker on low heat, stirring occasionally

serve with anything really:D

it won't be free unfortunately as you cook the mango. It's 4.5 syns for a medium mango and 8 for a large one, but still not bad as that will be divided between 4(?) servings.
