mango chutney

    made this today
    600g chopped mango
    1/2 cup cider vinegar
    pinch cardamon,
    2 tsp lazy garlic
    2 tsp lazy chilli
    1 cup sweetener
    2 tsp lazy ginger
    how many syns do you think for tsp/tbsp?

    If the mango isnt cook then it looks free to me! I dont know what lazy things are though??

    All types of vinegar are free and although cider vinegar isnt on the ~SW~ website this 1 cal per tblspn so i would also assume free xx

    you have to cook it-thats why I'm not sure how many to count. The lazy stuff is prepared in jars and is syn free.I am guessing about the same as you but I dont really know.

    it made a full storage jar full ( at least 2 jam jars worth) so I doubt that 1 tsp is as much as 1/2 syn. Thanks for that how did you work it out?

    It is -Im quite proud of myself .Did it in the slow cooker and its lovely.Didn't think of looking for the syns for smaller amount-duh!!!!
