I started the diet a week ago and have lost 6lb so far.

I'm trying out a lot of the products and have had the mint choc vitality and the sour cream and chive pretzels for the first time today. Both very nice!

Tonight it's Linda McCartney sausages and mash with beans. Should be 632 calories.
 
Had chocolate shake for breakfast and going to have a tescos vanilla shake for lunch. Not yet sure what I'm doing for dinner. Maybe a Count On Us meal and some garlic bread or a Balanced For You meal and some soup.
