So February was a bit of a dud for me. Decided to take a break from TSing and have more or less maintained my weight to a few lbs which isn't bad.
Decided will return to TSing for 5 weeks next Sunday which is 1/03/2015. So new month, new start, I will probably aim for 14lbs but depends what my weigh is next week. Same as previous challenges, weigh yourself next Sunday, what you want to lose for the month and how much you've lost at weekly weigh ins. Good luck anyone who wants to join.
